UK— The University of Northampton has worked with Toluna to build a portal on Facebook that will act as its primary channel for communicating with and surveying students.
Delia Heneghan, the university’s director of marketing, said: “With a growing reliance on communication via social media rather than through more traditional means, we needed a way to engage and gather feedback from current students as well as attract prospective candidates. Crucially it will also establish a new channel of communication with parents, advisers and alumni.”
The University of Northampton has more than 14,000 enrolled students.
