UK — Universal McCann (UM) has promoted Michael Brown to the role of insight director based in its London office.
Brown (pictured) has been with the agency for just over a year as senior insight manager working on brand and consumer insight for its clients. Prior to joining UM London he was experience manager at MESH.
As well as working at Research Now Brown also has client-side experience at American Express.
He has been a regular Research Live video blogger for the past year interviewing leading lights in the industry including Rory Sutherland and Les Binet.
