UK – Interpublic-owned media agency UM (Universal McCann) has promoted Michael Brown to the role of head of insight.
Brown (pictured) joined the company in 2014 as senior insight manager, before being promoted to insight director. His experience prior to UM includes Research Now SSI and MESH Experience.
Recent work from his team includes multi-methodology research for The Economist, which was nominated for two awards at the Market Research Society Awards 2017.
Brown is also a contributor to Research Live and Impact.
