UK and Ireland MD at NIQ

UK – Consumer intelligence company NielsenIQ (NIQ) has named Julian Crane as managing director for the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

Julian Crane

Crane (pictured) will oversee NIQ operations across both countries, and replaces Rachel White, who has been appointed regional president for Asia-Pacific.

Before joining NIQ, Crane spent six years as general manager UK and Ireland at Henkel Consumer Brands Hair Professional.

Prior to that, Crane was sales director at Kenkel Beauty Care Retail for around a decade, and began his career at First Drink Brands.

Emilie Darolles, regional president for western Europe at NIQ, said: “The UK and Ireland is not only one of our fastest-growing markets but also a key driver of innovation across Europe. With his extensive leadership experience and record of delivering sustained growth, Julian is exceptionally well placed to lead the next phase of our journey in the region.

“His appointment reflects our continued commitment to investing in top talent to ensure we deliver the insight and partnership our clients need to succeed in a rapidly changing retail environment.”
