Two new board members for Lucid

US – Programmatic sample platform Lucid has appointed two new members to its boards.

Tesla’s Gabrielle Toledano has been appointed to lead a new board of advisors for the company, comprising leaders from various industries to support Lucid’s management. Toledano was most recently chief people officer at Tesla, and serves on the board of directors at Glu Mobile, Visier and TalentSky.

Patrick Comer, founder and chief executive at Lucid, said: “Gaby is one of the most respected talent officers in the United States. Her experiences working with companies at the forefront of innovation and inclusion will be priceless as we look to hire the best people globally.”

The company has also appointed Carl Sparks to its board of directors. He currently serves on the boards of ActionIQ, Avis Budget Group and Dunkin.

Patrick Comer, founder and chief executive at Lucid, said: “Carl’s depth of knowledge in the evolution of marketplaces within industries will be pivotal for Lucid, driving our platform forward.”
