NEW ZEALAND – Research and insights agency TRA has appointed Irena Bakker as head of people and capability and Stephen Churchman as head of design, effective immediately.
Bakker (pictured left) was previously head of HR and talent for New Zealand at WPP Australia/New Zealand, where she was responsible for developing and implementing HR and talent strategies, best practice recruitment processes and change management.
Prior to joining WPP, Bakker was group talent director at WPP’s media agency GroupM.

Both roles will have responsibility across TRA’s Australian and New Zealand offices, social media insights and listening tool Zavy, and brand health platform Tracksuit.
