Samantha Leaman (Qual), Kyle Morrison (Quant) and Maegan Juul (Qual Recruitment) have all been promoted to senior research manager and will continue to lead their respective research divisions. In addition, Andrea Boulden, Adam LaCroix and Danelle Pampinella will become research managers.

The recent string of promotions rounds out a significant growth phase for the firm.  Touchstone hired 14 new employees last year, bringing the total company size to around 40 employees, with expectations for continued expansion in 2022.

Commenting on the promotions, chief executive Aaron Burch said: “We are so excited to announce these well-deserved promotions. Each one of our SRMs and RMs brings a wealth of research experience and expertise to the table and have been instrumental in Touchstone’s continued growth and success.

“Their leadership, vision, and mentorship will help ensure we continue on our path of ‘Innovation & Excellence’ across all the work we do.”
