The QC team will meet on a regular basis to audit current data-quality systems and test new tools and processes for improving data quality.

The overall objective of the QC team is to ensure the company’s suite of automated and manual checks are cutting edge and regularly updated to keep up with the ever-evolving threat of bots and scammers in research data.

The team is headed by vice-president and security officer Travis Santa, (pictured) who has worked at touchstone for the past 12 years, having started his career there as director of operations. Also part of the team is senior research manager Kyle Morrison, who has worked there since 2014, having joined as a junior consumer insight analyst.

The other three members are Andrea Boulden, Kate Franzis and Jillian Brangi. Boulden was promoted to research manager in February this year, while Franzis has been a senior project director since 2015 and Brangi was hired in 2019, having previously worked as a marketing manager at Cobalt Media Marketing.

“Touchstone has set the standard for data quality in the market research industry; we take pride in our data quality initiatives and are excited for what our QC team will accomplish in this vital aspect of digital research”, commented Santa.
