US – Research firm Touchstone Research has promoted Jacquelyn Andstrom to the role of research manager within its qualitative research division.
In her new role, Andstrom (pictured) will lead and mentor a team of qualitative analysts, moderators, project directors and associates within Touchstone’s qualitative division, and will continue to oversee its core youth and family, media entertainment and technology client accounts.
In her time at Touchstone, Andstrom has collaborated closely with high-profile technology and media companies, overseeing a wide range of methodologies.
She is a RIVA-trained moderator and is knowledgeable about next-generation qualitative methodologies, including large-scale insight communities, online boards, user experience research, diary studies, in-depth interviews, rolling research programmes and surveys.
Andstrom also has extensive experience of bringing consumer voices to life through these online research studies and developing insights that help companies make informed decisions.
“We are thrilled to announce Jacquelyn’s well-deserved promotion,” said Touchstone chief executive Aaron Burch. “It has been a true pleasure watching her grow within the organisation over the past five years.
“She is an expert qualitative researcher, innovator, leader and a great person to be around. We are very much looking forward to having her lead and mentor an awesome team of researchers in her new management role.”
