US – Customer intelligence platform Toluna has enhanced its QuickSurveys platform with advanced scripting for creating and launching complex studies.
The improvements include: text highlighter for easier evaluation; logic to keep surveys relevant; timed exposure for ads or images; grid carousel to code responses; and masking to filter only relevant questions.
Phil Ahad, chief digital officer for Toluna, said: “The advanced scripting significantly increases the range of survey projects that can be executed within the QuickSurveys platform. Researchers are no longer limited to ‘drag and drop’ user interfaces, rather they access enriched logic and design features that require minimal customisation and programming knowledge.”
