HONG KONG – Intelligence platform Toluna has launched a tracking app to analyse consumer behaviour in China.
The permission-based tracking technology will gather cross-device behavioural data including web searches, time spent on apps and most popular apps by usage.
It will also include competitive benchmarking using brand search data.
Ludovic Milet, managing director of Apac, Toluna, said: “The product is coming at a good time as Chinese consumers re-emerge from under the shadow of the coronavirus. As people resume their day-to-day routines, we can track search, website, shopping cart and purchase activity for select retailers.”
