US – Digital consumer insights company Toluna has formed a strategic partnership with healthcare digital platform, Treato.
This will mean Toluna can survey Treato’s users for research. Toluna’s healthcare practice gives healthcare and pharmaceutical research practitioners access to doctors, pharmacists, nurses and medical professionals.
Treato lets users post information about their experiences with medications, health conditions and other health-related topics.
Sandy Casey, senior vice-president, strategy and marketing, said: “The Treato platform encourages long-term engagement with members, and is an ideal partner for Toluna.”
Ido Hadari, CEO of Treato, said: “With our pledge to make the patient voice count in a rapidly evolving patient-centric healthcare environment, this is a great opportunity for our members, and Toluna is an ideal partner for us given their community approach to member engagement.”
