US – Digital consumer insights business Toluna has formed a strategic partnership with reward-U, the loyalty programme run by Hong Kong’s low-cost airline, HK Express.
Launched in 2016, reward-U has one million members who will now be invited to take part in Toluna’s online surveys.
The dollar-based programme lets members earn points with a variety of partners which can be redeemed on HK Express tickets. Members will earn 5,000 reward-U points for completing their first Toluna survey.
Toluna’s global consumer panel has more than 13.4m active members in 68 countries, and this partnership will help built its millennial segment as well as strengthen its APAC coverage.
Sandy Casey, senior vice-president, strategy and marketing, Toluna, said: “We continue to bring top-quality respondents to our consumer panel to address the global market research needs of our customers.”
