FRANCE – Toluna has appointed Mathilde Lelièvre to the newly created role of chief people officer.
The consumer insights provider, parent company of Harris Interactive and KuRunData, says that it has established the role to put the company at the forefront of human resources practices and continue to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Having worked for Toluna for over 17 years – most recently as chief operations officer –Lelièvre (pictured) has a proven track record of driving team engagement and delivering unrivalled client success. In this new role, she will be responsible for evolving Toluna’s strategy and vision for the HR delivery model, accelerating digital transformation of the function, and leading with a people-centric approach.
