UK – Insights consultancy Human8 (formerly InSites Consulting) has appointed Hall & Partners CEO Tim Wragg as its new chief executive, replacing Camille Nicita, effective immediately.
Nicita, who has been chief executive at Human8 for the past year, has become a non-executive partner and continues as a member of the board of directors.
Wragg (pictured) has been chief executive at Hall & Partners since October 2021. Formerly part of Omnicom, Hall & Partners and sister agency C Space were acquired by Escalent in 2023.
Prior to Hall & Partners, Wragg was chief executive of Kantar’s insights, analytics and brand strategy in North America. He was European chief executive at Millward Brown for 10 years until Kantar bought the business.
Nicita was formerly chief executive and owner of US insight agency Gongos when it was acquired by InSites Consulting.
The company rebranded to Human8 in early 2023, dropping the individual brand names across most of its 10 businesses, and Nicita's tenure has been focused on building closer global links between them.
Nicita said: “It’s time to take our next step, to truly optimise our global offering to best meet the needs of our clients in an industry that is continuing to evolve rapidly. With his deep and broad industry experience, we are thrilled to welcome Tim to the business.”
Wragg said: “We are at a pivotal point in our industry, marked by a major AI transformation. I am excited to join Human8 and lead the talented team as we continue to innovate and deliver exceptional insights to our clients. Together, we will build on the strong culture set by Camille and drive forward our global ambitions.”
