The Social Value Engine adds AI to platform
The features, which will be released on 1st October and which will integrate directly into the platform’s Wizard interface, offer users proxy suggestions and refine outcome decisions, as well as including an AI chatbot to answer questions and provide guidance.
The Social Value Engine has said that its AI features are trained exclusively on publicly available and validated social value data, not on any user’s personal or organisational data.
Users will also have the option to enable or disable AI assistance, according to their preferences.
Co-founder at Social Value Engine, Ivan Annibal, said: “From day one, our aim has been to make social value measurement transparent, accessible, and useful. These new tools are about giving our users a smarter, faster way to get to the answers they need, while keeping them in full control of how they tell their impact story.”
Annibal added: “No algorithm can replace the deep understanding that comes from working with communities. What AI can do is handle the heavy lifting: scanning the evidence base, surfacing relevant proxies, and suggesting refinements.
“This will support practitioners to spend more time on the creative and relational aspects of their work.”
