Boland (pictured) joins The Forge from the commercial strategy team of Kantar Consulting, where she was responsible for helping some of the world’s leading brands across personal care, food and beverages, consumer health, technology and financial services achieve growth.

The Forge co-founder Karl Miley said: “We are delighted to be welcoming Shanna to our growing quantitative practice. Clients have recently been investing heavily in making sense of the shifts occurring in customer behaviour.

“Shanna’s experience in developing quantitative growth frameworks, including demand spaces, will be a tremendous asset for our clients.

Boland added: “I couldn’t be more thrilled to be joining The Forge. The boutique nature of the business provides the opportunity to work alongside senior directors on high-profile engagements spanning insight, strategy and innovation.”
