Senior strategy and quant hires at The Forge
Sarsfield (pictured, left) previously held senior roles at Razor and FreshMinds (now Decidedly) alongside running a consulting practice.
Todd (pictured, right) joins The Forge from Relish Research, where she was head of client strategy with a particular focus on advising clients on strategic decisions and finding growth opportunities.
Both Sarsfield and Todd specialise in quantitative research. At The Forge, they are tasked with expanding the agency’s offers in demand spaces and segmentation. They will also bring “a quantitative lens” to its customer strategy practice.
