UK – Global insight and research consultancy The Behavioural Architects has made four new hires including two new directors who have joined from Flamingo.
Hywel Reed (pictured) joins as a director and Katrina Skwarek as an associate director. Reed was previously a senior director and business unit lead at Flamingo London and his expertise is in cross-cultural brand strategy and insight.
Skwarek worked across FMCG, alcohol and healthcare clients at Flamingo and also has experience in developing social strategies for global brands, charities and foundations.
The Behavioural Architects’ other new hires are Camilla Cooper who also joins as an associate director and was previously at Acacia Avenue.
Monica Vakil-Dewar has been appointed international project manager, based in the UK but working on many US projects. Vakil-Dewar joins from Red Lantern Strategy in Brooklyn, NY where she was project and operations manager.
