Thames Water taps Community Research for panels
The firm, which was founded in 1998 by former Opinion Leader director Rachel Lopata (pictured), will work in partnership with Research Now to run a panel of 2,000 customers and 500 Thames Water employees.
Respondents will be drawn from Research Now’s consumer panel to create the Thames Water sample, Lopata said.
Sue Cantwell, the water company’s public consultations and research manager, said: “As the UK’s largest water and wastewater services provider we have many important decisions to make and these panels will put customers and staff at the very heart of those decisions.”
