Syno International and Jishi partner on digital twins

The companies will bring together Syno’s research and panel-exchange platforms with Jishi’s ‘digital twin of consumer’ technology.
Jishi’s platform creates digital twins by layering psychographic and behavioural data with advanced AI. The models assimilate new information over time, simulating online and offline interactions to anticipate consumer experiences and future behaviour.
The collaboration between the companies will make the digital twin capabilities accessible within market research workflows.
Syno International is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Jishi was co-founded in 2024 by Saurabh Pokhriyal and Oscar Carlsson.
Syno founder and chief executive Jokke Nurminen said the move would result in Syno becoming “an AI-native company that can guide clients toward contextual, relationship-driven commerce”.
Saurabh Pokhriyal, founder and chief executive, Jishi, said: “By tightly integrating our digital twins with Syno’s panels and surveys, we give brands the ability to ask any question and get immediate, hyper-accurate answers.”
