Suzy adds video qual to insights platform

US – Consumer insight platform Suzy has launched a qualitative research platform for video interviews.

The platform, ‘Suzy Live’, uses the company’s US consumer panel and allows users to conduct one-to-one interviews using video.

It can be used for tasks including testing concepts, understanding target audiences and asking questions before a product launch.

Suzy has added the tool in response to demand for qualitative research while in-person work is restricted due to Covid-19, the company said.

It can be used in tandem with Suzy’s existing quantitative-based platform.

Avi Savar, president of Suzy, said the update would bring  “quantitative and qualitative research into one platform” and offer clients a “deeper understanding of consumers”.
