US – Online insights community platform, Fuel Cycle, and survey and data insights platform, SurveyGizmo, have joined forces to give brands faster customer feedback and insights.
SurveyGizmo’s solutions will be integrated into Fuel Cycle’s platform to give clients more survey options for collecting data from online communities. Marketers can now run an unlimited number of studies, unrestricted by pay-per-use, powered by SurveyGizmo directly from Fuel Cycle’s platform.
Bahram Nour-Omid, chief executive officer, Fuel Cycle said: “Fuel Cycle’s online communities are sources of critical insights to market research and customer experience departments across multiple industries. The addition of SurveyGizmo to Fuel Cycle’s integrations expands the ability of our customers to increase the frequency and depth of their research.”
