Survey Sampling opens office in Mexico City

MEXICO— Survey Sampling International (SSI) has opened a new office in Mexico City, following the expansion of its online panel in the country earlier this year.

SSI’s managing director for Latin America, Mauricio Torres Leclerc (pictured) will lead the new office after previously running the firm’s activities in the region from Spain.

He said: “We believe it is beneficial to both our clients and our panellists to establish ourselves locally where we embrace the people and the distinctive cultures.”

Leclerc will be joined in Mexico by client services director Marko Zednik, who had also previously worked at SSI’s Madrid office.

The firm has been active for more than five years in Latin America, and runs an 82,000-strong online panel in Mexico.
