Stravito and Langston pair up on personas

SWEDEN & US – Customer intelligence platform Stravito has partnered with consumer insight and strategy company Langston to combine synthetic personas with segmentation.

Through the partnership, the companies will bring together Stravito’s AI personas – interactive profiles based on consumer research – with Langston’s proprietary ‘Life Lenses’ segmentation of the motivations driving consumer behaviour.

The combination will mean brands can interact with personas based on the 24 Life Lenses segments, using natural language, to explore perspectives and test ideas.

Stockholm-headquartered Stravito’s customers include Nestlé and Lavazza Group. The Langston Co is based in Colorado and works with consumer brand clients in sectors including apparel, beauty, health, wellness and food.

The companies will jointly market and co-sell the offer to their clients.

Stravito founder and chief executive Thor Olof Philogène said adding Life Lenses would offer brands “another strong foundation to build from and understand what truly drives their audiences”.
