US – Data analytics firm Stratifyd has promoted Kurt Trauth to its senior team and appointed Brian Workman to its advisory board.
Trauth has been promoted to senior vice-president of strategy, and will co-lead a new strategy advisory group, focusing on data analytics and customer experience, alongside chief executive Derek Wang.
Trauth joined the company six months ago as vice-president of customer experience strategy. Prior to Stratifyd, he held senior customer experience roles at Lenovo and USAA.
Workman has also joined Stratifyd’s advisory board. He is currently a principal with Catalyst Group, a role he has held for more than 11 years. He will provide strategic and tactical advice and guidance to Stratifyd’s senior leadership team.
Derek Wang, founder and chief executive of Stratifyd, said: “The importance of understanding and optimising the customer experience has never been more important. These appointments reflect Stratifyd’s commitment to helping our customers overcome that challenge.”
Stratifyd runs an augmented intelligence platform that helps inform business strategy and customer experience policy.
