Alida adds Stratifyd to CX platform

CANADA – Customer experience and insights company Alida has partnered with data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) firm Stratifyd.

Alida, formerly Vision Critical, will allow Stratifyd’s natural language and speech analytics tool to be integrated with its customer experience management (CXM) and insights platform.

This will allow users of Alida’s platform to track trends, create predictive models for customer retention, track customer anomalies and carry out analysis of structured and unstructured data from sources including social media and third-party sources.

Alida’s combined customer experience management and insights platform was launched earlier this month, and allows users to access surveys, a rule engine which triggers actions such as automated emails based on specific survey responses, and create and customise dashboards to summarise profile variable data.

Ross Wainwright, chief executive of Alida, said: “After evaluating several contextual offerings in the market, we selected Stratifyd as their solution provides the flexibility and accuracy that we need to enhance our Alida CXM platform.”
