CANADA – Customer experience management and insights company Alida (formerly Vision Critical) has partnered with video survey software firm Voxpopme.
Voxpopme’s software will be integrated into Alida’s platform, allowing users to collect video feedback from survey participants.
Vision Critical secured US$20m in growth funding earlier this year, and after rebranding as Alida, launched a combined customer experience management and insights platform.
The partnership with Voxpopme will also include video analytics and editing tools, including automated theme and sentiment analytics.
