US Voxpopme has unveiled two new video analysis solutions to allow users to pair its platform’s automated analytics with human intelligence, making it easier to report insights from video feedback.

The new analysis solutions on the Voxpopme platform include a theme builder that gives clients complete control of video analysis by enabling them to create custom themes for video feedback captured in Voxpopme.

Users combine their knowledge of customers with automated analytics by categorising video feedback with custom themes alongside the platform’s automated ones. This offers clients the option of deciding how their qualitative findings are grouped in Voxpopme.

The second new tool is enhanced filters; video surveys often capture hundreds of responses, so Voxpopme’s latest filters upgrade is designed to help users sift through video data faster. It enables videos to be filtered based on unique response data such as automated and custom themes.

By layering in Voxpopme’s existing data filters, including questions asked and target demographics, customers can dig even deeper into any theme with any sub-audience.

Commenting on these latest innovations, Voxpopme chief executive Dave Carruthers said: “I’m excited to share two new video analysis tools with business leaders today. Multi-market, multi-question video surveys are commonplace in marketing, product and insights departments worldwide, giving execs huge volumes of video data.

“But to be valuable, video feedback needs to be digestible. Our engineering team has once again delivered features that speed up the video analysis process, while giving an added layer of control to executives who are looking to understand customers better.”
