Steve Coffey named NPD Group CIO
Coffey was previously chief research officer at NPD. Coffey’s newly-created position will see him focus on leveraging new technology and shifting trends to design and implement research and marketing solutions for the future.
“Steve Coffey has been behind some of NPD’s most successful innovations and has been integral to NPD’s success,” said Karyn Schoenbart, NPD president and chief operating officer.
“In a time of great change for both NPD and our industry, we are fortunate to be able to have him focus all of his considerable energy and talent on defining our vision for the future and getting us there.”
NPD Group recently gained a new group president and chief research & analytics officer in George Terhanian.
