Spergel to lead TV insights at Ipsos OTX MediaCT
Alongside TV Dailies, which he has led for the past five years, Spergel will now be in charge of the development of other new products for the TV industry.
Before joining Ipsos Spergel was director of primary research at Lifetime Entertainment Services.
