The funding will be used to build an ‘agent of record’ for consumer brands, which is a platform to allow AI agents to work across systems of record a brand already has and combine them with insight on customer perspectives.

Siena said in a blog post that its intelligence models would bring conversations together with orders, subscriptions, reviews, loyalty data and a brand’s own knowledge, and turn it into shared customer context.

The Series A funding round will allow Siena to build more autonomous agents and expand the shared infrastructure behind them, with an ambition “for agents to manage more of the customer journey, with the context, tools and oversight to do it well”.

Siena was founded in 2023 and focuses on customer experience and agentic brand intelligence. It is based in New York.

The funding round included participation from Joyance Ventures and existing investors Aglaé Ventures, Sierra Ventures and Super Angel Fund.
