Sky’s head of research joins startup Chattermill

UK – AI insight platform Chattermill has appointed Sky’s Aji Ghose as vice-president of data and research.

Ghose (pictured) joined Sky five years ago as head of research & analytics, and head of data science. Prior to Sky, he was associate director of data science in Kantar Media’s strategic consultancy division.

Founded in 2015, London-based Chattermill uses neural networks to analyse customer feedback data and provide companies insights on customer experience. The company works with clients including Uber, Skyscanner and Deliveroo.

In his new role, Ghose will be leading the company’s natural language processing solutions, combining his commercial experience and his academic research in developing AI models.

Ghose takes up the role on 1st October.
