Ghose (pictured) joined Sky five years ago as head of research & analytics, and head of data science. Prior to Sky, he was associate director of data science in Kantar Media’s strategic consultancy division.

Founded in 2015, London-based Chattermill uses neural networks to analyse customer feedback data and provide companies insights on customer experience. The company works with clients including Uber, Skyscanner and Deliveroo.

In his new role, Ghose will be leading the company’s natural language processing solutions, combining his commercial experience and his academic research in developing AI models.

Dmitry Isupov, co-founder of Chattermill, said: "We are delighted to welcome Ajitesh to the team as vice-president, data and research. He brings a deep understanding of the value of analysing unstructured customer feedback at scale, the ways in which machine learning technology is transforming how companies make data driven decisions, the landscape in which we operate, and shares our vision to bring the future of AI-driven customer experience analytics to thousands of companies across the world."

Ghose takes up the role on 1st October.
