Skim sets up new Rotterdam research facility

NETHERLANDS— Research agency Skim has established a qualitative research facility in the heart of Rotterdam, called Triggerpoint.

The facility, which will open for business on 1 September, is equipped with two focus group and interview rooms, two viewing rooms and lounge rooms fitted with flat-screen televisions.

Skim said that each room is also fitted with DVD recording and online video streaming capabilities to “create a flexible work environment”

Triggerpoint director Marcel Slavenburg (pictured) said: “The aim is to further develop Triggerpoint into a source of innovation and creative market research solutions. In addition to qualitative market research and training, we would like to welcome everyone who wants to apply new techniques and develop innovative tools.”
