UK— Recycling and resource management firm SITA UK has hired Owen Maybank as head of customer insight and Louise Earnshaw as customer insight manager.
Maybank joins from TNT Express where he held the role of head of business insight for the UK and Ireland for five years. At SITA, he will be responsible for developing services based on customer needs and providing strategic direction to the firm’s market intelligence gathering.
Earnshaw has been with the company eight years and last served as business intelligence manager. Before joining SITA she worked at business research and market analysis firm Frost & Sullivan.
CEO David Palmer-Jones said: “Our priority is to offer what customer want. I am delighted to have Owen join our management team and believe his extensive experience will assist in the coordination of the development of a series of new purpose-built offers for our customers.”
