US – Insight consulting firm M/A/R/C Research has appointed Mimi Potter as vice-president within its insights and strategies team as part of a raft of appointments.
Prior to joining M/A/R/C Research, Potter was vice-president at MarketCast, where she led custom, tracking and syndicated research in sectors including financial services and retail.
The company has also appointed Jim Lyza, Tammy Guevara and Bonnie Johnson as directors in the insights and strategies (ISM) team.
Lyza’s background in qual and quant includes roles at CRG Global and Dynata; Guevara has previously worked at Big Village, Ipsos and The Artemis Group; and Johnson has held roles at Kantar Health and Inspire during her career.
Cassidy Zeichner has also joined the ISM team as research associate. She has previously worked as a vet tech so will contribute to the company’s animal health practice.
On the client support side, Katie Guerrero has joined M/A/R/C as client support director, and the company has also appointed Maria Torres as senior project manager in its multicultural insights division.
