This office is Sagaci’s second base in Portuguese speaking Africa; it opened its Maputo office in 2014.

Maria Ponomareva-Stepnaya will lead the office, reporting to managing directors, Julien Garcier and Joao Terlica. The Luanda office will be staffed with a local team of researchers able to provide a country wide coverage.

Terlica said: “We believe it is the time now to establish an on-the-ground presence in Angola given how active our clients are in the country. We are proud to be one of the first international market research players active in the country and we hope to be a trusted partner supporting the overall economic development in the country.”
