Roadchef pulls in eDigitalResearch for feedback programme

UK — Roadchef has appointed eDigitalResearch to carry out a nationwide motorway service area customer feedback programme.

Roadchef customers will be invited to give feedback on service area facilities via QR codes and vanity URLs.

Simon Turl, CEO of Roadchef said: “We are looking forward to the feedback we receive through this research and hope it will better inform and improve our service at Roadchef sites across the country.”
