Retail Eyes wins QHotels conference auditing deal

UK— Hotel chain QHotels has signed up mystery shopping firm Retail Eyes to run an audit program evaluating conferences held at the firm’s 21 locations.

Each hotel will be assigned an auditor who will undertake a “thorough review” of its conferencing service once every three months, ensuring that both client and hotel expectations are met.

Vivien Sirotkin, director of hotel operations at QHotels, said: “The valuable insight and advice Retail Eyes provide not only gives us assurance that the service we’re offering meets expectations but it enables us to enhance our offerings in-line with what our customers tell us they want.”

Retail Eyes has run a guest satisfaction survey programme for the hotel chain since 2007.
