US— Synovate has struck a deal with customer experience technology firm ResponseTek to combine its insight services with the latter’s feedback management and analysis platform.
The ResponseTek platform allows for the analysis of both social media feedback and survey data, with “hot alerts” used to flag up dissatisfied customers.
ResponseTek president and CEO Syed Hasan (pictured) said: “This agreement with Synovate is a natural fit for us as our clients share the same goals: that the voice of the customer is integrated into all levels of their business, allowing them to make more informed operational and strategic decisions based on reliable and robust supporting data.”
