ResearchBods appointed to Coca-Cola Europe task

UK – Soft drinks giant Coca-Cola has hired ResearchBods to build and manage an insight community across Western Europe on its behalf.

The insight community will be hosted using ResearchBods ex-plor solution. This platform already hosts insight communities for a number of brands including Costa Coffee, Penguin Random House and First Direct.

The community will help Coca-Cola gain a deeper understanding of people across Europe by engaging with them and entering into dialogue on a range of subjects.

Alistair Millar, insight director at The Coca-Cola Company, said: “It is great to get a tool in place that will provide us with near instantaneous feedback from people across Europe.  The speed at which consumer attitude changes is accelerating, so we need to be at the top of our game to hear the subtly shifting nuances of what drinkers are telling us from one moment to the next.”
