ITALY— Online sampling and data collection agency Research Now has opened an office in Milan to provide Italian customers with a dedicated client service operation.
The office will be led by client development manager Robinson Leoni, who has been with the firm for almost four years, latterly as a project manager. Before joining Research Now Leoni had a spell with Ipsos Mori as a research executive.
Phil Rance, the firm’s managing director for Europe, said: “As online market research continues to gather momentum in Italy, we believe it is beneficial to both our clients and our panellists to have a strong ‘on the ground’ presence in the markets we reach.”
