Reimagine acquires Vindale Research Panel
Founded in 2006, Vindale Research has expanded its paid survey panel from the US to include the UK, Canada and Australia.
John Almeida (pictured), co-founder and managing partner at Reimagine, said: “The addition of the Vindale Panel strengthens Reimagine’s portfolio of technology-enabled insights companies and offers the opportunity to broaden our consumer acquisition and data creation capabilities; both among multiple portfolio companies as well as a separate operating business.”
Reimagine Holdings Group is building a portfolio of companies in the consumer insights industry. Its companies include consumer insights data business Critical Mix and affiliate network, iGain. Last year it bought data visualisation and analytics software firm, MarketSight, and a minority stake in AI platform, Remesh.
