Blake (pictured) has more than 20 years’ experience in digital advertising and joins from Pocketmath where he was senior vice-president. His previous roles have included AOL, Advertising.com, Rocket Fuel and MediaMath.

He will be based at Realeyes’ London headquarters and report directly to CEO and co-founder Mihkel Jäätma.

Realeyes recently announced a $16.2m funding round led by Draper Esprit to help build its AI team.

Jäätma said: “By combining our emotive AI tech with Rob’s leadership and commercial know-how, we will ensure that Realeyes continues to lead from the front in the martech space.”
