O’Donnell (pictured) most recently led product strategy at adtech company Grapeshot, which was acquired by Oracle earlier this year. Prior to Grapeshot, she held senior product roles at eBay Enterprise, Bloomberg, Syncsort and Click Commerce, a company she co-founded.

O’Donnell will be responsible for product innovation strategy at Realeyes, including the rollout of its new in-context measurement offer.

Based in the company’s New York office, she will report to chief product officer and co-founder Martin Salo.

Mihkel Jäätma, chief executive at Realeyes, said O’Donnell’s “experience, drive and vision” would contribute to the company’s growth. He added: “Sarah has a proven track record of driving growth at companies both large and small.”

The company has also appointed Waterhouse, formerly communications director at Unruly, as vice-president of marketing. Reporting to chief revenue officer, Rob Blake, he will be based in the company’s London headquarters.

The appointments come after Realeyes secured $16.2m (£12m) in growth funding earlier this year.
