Qualtrics and Voxpopme expand partnership

US – Customer experience firm Qualtrics has updated its partnership with video feedback platform Voxpopme, allowing video to be integrated within the XM platform.

Qualtrics has added a video visualisation widget to its dashboard, which means users will be able to view qual and quant feedback on one system.

The update also allows Qualtrics’ clients to access high volumes of respondent-recorded video feedback within the company’s platform and customise automatically generated video showreels.

R.J. Filipski, global director of business development at Qualtrics, said the update would offer businesses “more complete picture of their customers’ sentiments” and “obtain richer and more emotional feedback”.
