US — Healthcare analytics company QualMetrix has acquired the healthcare analytics platform of Visual Intelligence.
This comes shortly after news that co-founder of Visual Intelligence, Christian Ilie, has joined as chief technology officer at QualMetrix.
“We are very pleased to add the healthcare analytics platform and capabilities of Visual Intelligence to our already leading edge capabilities,” said QualMetrix chairman, Lawrence Schimmel. “We feel the synergies between the two organisations and our product offerings at this key period in our growth will further enable our customers [to] maximise the benefits from the QualMatrix software platform and our medical expertise.”
