PureSpectrum appoints Hughes to lead European expansion

Hughes (pictured) most recently served as UK managing director and global head of supply partnerships at Cint. He will lead the expansion of the company in Europe.

The appointment follows that of Mark Menig, formerly chief executive of TrueSample, as chief operating officer.
