US – Research automation platform, PureSpectrum, has acquired media agency Happy Market Research for an undisclosed amount.
PureSpectrum said the deal will expand its executive talent and better serve customers long-term.
Happy Market Research was founded by Jamin Brazil (pictured) in July 2018; it runs a market research podcast and conducts in-depth interviews with leaders in market research. Prior to Happy Market Research, Brazil co-founded survey software firm Decipher and was also the CEO of FocusVision.
Brazil will now be president of PureSpectrum.
Michael McCrary, founder and CEO of PureSpectrum, said: “We are adding new customers weekly and our existing relationships are expanding because we are investing in the necessary resources for an outstanding customer experience. By adding Jamin Brazil to our team, we add proven industry expertise that will continue to add value to both customers and staff.”
