The Advertising Research Foundation (US) has hired Michael Heitner as senior vice president for member value. He’s the former owner of New York ad agency Heitner Weiss.
Brooke Adams Research (US) has named Connie Mattox, former consumer insights manager of grocery store chain Ukrop’s, as chief executive.
TagMan (US), which provides software for managing the ‘tags’ that online advertisers use to track the performance of their campaigns, has named web analytics expert Stéphane Hamel and Mike Peralta of search re-targeting business Magnetic to its advisory board.
Ci Research (UK) has promoted Lynsey Cargill and James Oliver to senior research executives, and Kelly Millen to research executive.
Monika Reichl has been appointed senior sales manager at TNS Infratest’s Digital Centre (Germany), which focuses on online and social media research methods. Reichl was previously in charge of sales for Forrester’s marketing and strategy portfolio in Germany and Switzerland.
Healthcare data collection firm WorldOne (US) has promoted Kim-Frederik Schneider and Stephane Malka to executive vice presidents.
Nunwood (UK) has promoted Emma Carter to the role of talent management director, with a seat on the management board.
Opinion Matters (UK) has hired Matthew Reynolds, the former business development manager for Opinion Health, to develop a new service called Commsight which combines online broadcast events with research and insight. He’ll also lead Opinion Matters’ health research division.
Online qual research firm iModerate (US) has named Steve Auerbach and David Baron as vice presidents of sales for the west and east regions respectively. Auerbach joins from Gartner while Baron was formerly of IDG Connect.
Insight Research Group has contracted Victoria McWade as a director-level consultant on a non-exclusive basis. McWade, based in Lausanne near Geneva, Switzerland, resumes her association with Insight after a five-year gap during which time she was employed at GSK, most recently as market insights manager.
Millward Brown has named Rob Hernandez as global brand director of its qualitative research network, Firefly. The appointment is the first of five global brand director positions being rolled out across the WPP-owned company. Hernandez spent the past eight years as a managing director with Greenfield Consulting Group, now the North American Firefly company.
